Our insurance specialists work on estimating your insurance coverage to the best of their ability and we will submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf. Our practice accepts pretty much all PPO insurance policies; we provide care for our patients at the highest level avoiding any restrictions that may be placed on our doctor and staff. Typically we do NOT have contracts with insurance. Once we have received confirmation of insurance eligibility we will give you an estimate of your cost share, which is due at time of service. We will submit the claim to your insurance and please allow 30 days for the insurance to make payment. There are so many insurance policies and they are at times so diverse and complex, that estimates received from insurance companies may at times be inaccurate. When that happens, after 45 days, you will be held responsible for any balance on your account. When there is a positive balance on your account, we most gladly will reimburse you either by check or in keeping the amount on your account for future services.
We strive to keep our office running as efficiently as possible along with keeping our expenses as low as possible. Your assistance enables us to offer you these options in helping you save your hard-earned finances.
